Whatsapp has brought a new feature where you can pin chats to the top of your chat lists, so that you can find them quickly. To pin the chats, one needs to tap and hold on a chat and then tap the pin icon at the top of the screen.

The company is now focussing on its features to improve the users experince on its platform.

Currently one can send or receive only few formats like pdf,.doc, .xlsx on its android and iOS platforms. The company is working on including the functionality to integrate .jpg, .apk and .zip files on its platform which mean almost all the file formats can be sent to your whatsapp contacts.

The .jpg file extension will not compress the file - a big boost for the quality lovers.

However, the file size are limIted to 128MB on iOS and 100MB on Android and users can share 74MB on web version of whatsapp.

whats app is also working on another feature  where in photos in a chat or chat group can be grouped in single collage-like file.

When two ore more photos are shared on whatsapp, it will club them into one album so that you can avoid photos and videos in between the chats.

This will not hamper your experience but you can enjoy all the photos at one place just like an album in your phone.
